Science Dynamics Wins Contract With Defense
Information Systems Agency Pennsauken, NJ, November 7,
2005 -- Science Dynamics Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SIDY), a provider
of advanced technological solutions primarily to government agencies, announced
today that its subsidiary Systems Management Engineering, Inc. (SMEI) was
awarded a contract from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) for
technical and architectural support of high-visibility communications systems.
The contract may be worth more than $800,000 in the first year and is renewable
annually for up to five years. Revenue
under the contract is dependent upon DISA funding the contract. Paul
Burgess, CEO of Science Dynamics, said, “The combined skill sets of Science
Dynamics and SMEI were critical in obtaining this contract. The
contract requires Science Dynamics’ telecommunication expertise and SMEI’s enterprise
architecture expertise. The synergies between our two companies are starting to
pay off. We believe this high-visibility contract win further validates our
ability to provide advanced communication systems to government clients at all
levels.” SMEI will analyze DISA’s existing
communications and provide critical support in the development of a new architecture
to satisfy the agency’s existing and future needs. Other systems engineering services SMEI will provide under this
contract include communications management planning, road map development and
implementation planning. Upon successful completion
and renewal of the annual contract, SMEI would support the development of a systems engineering management
process, analyze emerging technologies and provide strategic planning for the agency.
